The Graduate
College website contains a great list of resources for applying to
OSU. Below are a few useful links.
In addition to the admission
forms, applicants must submit two letters of
recommendation, official transcripts from all colleges and
universities attended, and GRE scores. International applicants must include TOEFL scores and the
"Confirmation of Resources" form.
Beginning with candidates for
Spring 2004 admission, all applicants must complete a departmental
application form for graduate study in statistics. This form
can be obtained by choosing the appropriate link below:
